New Fitness Video!!!

Well I know that allot of my girls ask me if there are any fitness videos that I like to do at home.  I keep promising that I will put a list on my blog with links. Ok so this is not what I do yet but this is definitely a wish list~

Well I came across to videos that Beachbody^® just came out with that I would love to try!!!!
The first is:

 LES MILLS COMBAT, Beachbody^®  is based on a combination of 6 martial arts—boxing, kickboxing/muay thai, taekwondo, capoeira, karate, and jiu jitsu . A wonderful combo for your body's cardio fitness and aerobic endurance!!! I am picturing myself as a mixed martial arts warrrior!!!
